The CARES Program offers before and after-school care to all students enrolled in Cardinal Foley School. The program offers a balance between adult-directed and child-initiated activities, active and quiet times, indoor and outdoor games, and time for homework. CARES is staffed by an experienced director, teachers and teacher aides.
Cardinal John Foley is in the process of becoming a Keystone STARS certified school for our PS, PK, and CARES program. Keystone STARS (Standards, Training/Professional Development, Assistance, Resources, and Supports) is a quality rating system that promotes quality improvement in early learning and development programs and school age care (Keystone STARS Accredidation)
One of the requirements for the STARS designation is that every student in PS, PK, and the CARES program must have a child health report and parental consent form on file in addition to the CARES registration.

Cost of program:
One child is $15.00/per hour
Two or more children is $17.00/per hour
