At Cardinal Foley, we begin and end our day for some "mindful momemts." During this quiet time. students, faculty and staff focus on their breath and "listen to the chime" to center themselves with peace and calmness. These moments of guided mindfulness encourage our school community to focus on the present, and provide a powerful coping tool which can be used throughout the school day and daily lives.
